Lawrence D. Eichen, Esq. has over 25 years of litigation experience handling a wide range of legal matters. Areas of practice include: personal injury, workers compensation, commercial litigation, guardianship, matrimonial, employment, special civil part, traffic, DUI, municipal court, creditor-debtor, landlord-tenant and criminal. Mr. Eichen also has over 20 years’ experience as a mediator and is highly skilled at conflict resolution. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Eichen speaks professionally to businesses, associations, and schools on The Art of Negotiation and Effective Communication.
Mr. Eichen is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA), New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM), and National Speakers Association (NSA). He earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law, Newark, NJ and has a B.S. in Computer Science from SUNY Albany, NY.
